On Saturday, September 17, 2016, Team Endurance attended a specialized Leadership Training event held at The Town Center City Club.  The training, brought to us by The Ritz-Carlton, was focused on “Memorable Customer Service” and “Service Excellence Culture.”  To say this was a Memorable event is an understatement.  Endurance will be implementing many of the tools we learned over the months to follow.
