For the seventh consecutive year, Endurance IT Services has again been recognized as one of the most inspiring and fastest growing companies in the US after being named to the prestigious Inc. 5000 List for 2018.

To add another feather to its cap, Endurance IT has also been named as one of the “Best Places To Work” this year by Inside Business of The Hampton Roads Business Journal.

These two accolades are proof of how Endurance IT has not just been providing excellent and exceptional service to its clients, but it also values its people by providing a very supportive work environment and premium quality benefits.  

Endurance IT is ranked #4668 this year and has not missed Inc. Magazines’ most-coveted list for the past six years.

The Virginia Beach-based IT management company, according to Inc. Magazine, has seen a dramatic growth of 67% during the last three years and is expected to see more in the coming years. Founded in 2008 the company employs around 45 workers and posted a revenue of $8.7 million in 2017.

“The mostly newish and fast-growing businesses on these lists are the true job creators: Only about 12 percent of American companies achieve one-year revenue growth of 25 percent or more. Yet those are the companies that are responsible for half of all jobs created,” Inc. Editor James Ledbetter said.  

“At Inc., we believe the credit for job growth should go to the leaders who've made this list,” Ledbetter added.

 “It’s pretty humbling and it’s nice to have that ‘third party’ confirmation,” Endurance IT president and co-founder Blake White said.

Also referring to one of the company’s core values in giving importance to its workers, White pointed out “we make sure your family and work and personal life are going well. We let them know they’re cared about. We have staff-support consultants, in-house mentors, who help our staff develop and work toward their goals at work, and help them deal with their family challenges. It’s taking care of each other.”
