Kronos Analyst – Long term Staffing

Function: The position is responsible for all Kronos Workforce system lifecycle phases including the implementation of upgrades and new modules, configuration setup and testing, security management, and deployment. The position is responsible for daily operational support and training for users.

Examples of Work:

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for daily operations, system upgrades and enhancements, and on cross-functional teams.
  • Partners with the Finance and IT departments to maximize system functionality and integration with other HR/PR systems.
  • Troubleshoots user and system issues including errors, login difficulties, access denials, data issues, and process, customization and integration failures.
  • Manages system initiatives and lead project team during upgrades and/or enhancements; conduct testing as needed.
  • Designs and maintains system configuration, specifications, and work with departments to identify customizations as needed.
  • Develops, revises and conducts training for users; update supporting documentation as needed.
  • Coordinates the creation and distribution of standard and customized reports.
  • Serves as content manager for website system information and/or videos.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, HR or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in implementing, configuring and managing Kronos Workforce System V8.1.8 or later. A combination of education and experience are acceptable for this position.

Features:

Performs duties under the general supervision of the HRIS Administrator located in Human Resources. Requires initiative and the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Must provide courteous and professional customer service. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to effectively communicate with various employees, department heads, constitutional officers, and vendors or other outside agencies is necessary. Requires flexibility to meet business needs, including evening and weekend work hours. Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is needed. Use of pivot tables and vlookup is preferred. This is a full-time exempt position. Candidate must pass a background check related to this position.
