IT Sales Consultant – (Peninsula, Hampton, Newport News)

This candidate will be responsible for Introducing company services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.  They should have the ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities within medium to large-sized Enterprises. They will be responsible for sales targets by using online marketing channels for client acquisitions and for lead generation, RFPs, negotiation, on boarding and account management of clients.  The ability to provide regular forecasts to management of current and pipeline opportunities. They will be expected to manage relationship with Independent Sales Representative channel partners, including training, proposal management, and joint customer presentations. Possess the ability to manage the entire pre-sales cycle and client expectations, along with Strategy Formulation and Planning for Business Development. Most importantly, the acumen to close deals using e-mails, phone, and web conferencing

The successful Consultant will: 

  • Focus on developing new business relationships and clients. 
  • Develop 10-15X pipeline of the assigned quota. 
  • Contact fifty (50) new business prospects per week. 
  • Conduct approx.. 8-10 face to face client meetings each week. 
  • Deliver 2+ Managed Services proposals per week.
  • Develop relationships through partners, community and business groups and referrals. 
  • Communicate carefully, ensuring that any claims or promises made to clients are correctly aligned with Endurance IT’s capabilities and go to market strategies. 
  • Collaborate with leadership and gain agreement on activities and pursuits. 
  • Identify qualified opportunities, specifically around Managed Services and Staff Augmentation. 
  • Present all hardware or professional services project opportunities for joint qualification. 
  • Consistently enter opportunity information into the CRM system as required. 
  • Attend all assigned meetings to discuss progress, opportunity updates, forecast, etc. 
  • Make efforts toward continuous improvement through training, personal development, team collaboration and leadership opportunities within the company. 
  • Former Managed Print or IT sales experience a plus.
