The system/software selection process can take a long time and, in the end, the team may choose the wrong technology. Let Endurance IT help you select the correct system/software for your business.
First, we define business goals and technology needs. Then, we identify solution candidates and narrow the choices down to 3-6 providers. We then hold review sessions where we facilitate demos, identify requirements gap and provide cost and timeline estimates.
Once we choose a solution, we design a project roadmap that outlines technical requirements, resource skills needed, timelines and budgets. With our project management services, we provide business software implementation.
We can also create RFPs, negotiate contracts (delivery and service) and manage vendors throughout the process.

- Business process review and requirements definition: We determine your needs before we contact vendors. Your new system should automate and/or support the way you would like to do business. Our Business Process Review (BPR) is designed to help you meet your organization’s strategic goals and business objectives by streamlining operations and eliminating process inefficiencies. The "requirements definition" outlines the requirements that support your business processes.
- Identify Vendors: Based on the information gathered in the requirements definition phase, we will identify 3-6 vendors that meet the requirements. If an RFP or RFI is preferred, we can help to draft that document for you. We then evaluate each vendor on a number of criteria and build a solution matrix for comparison. We will narrow the vendors down to 2-3 depending on your preferences and schedule demos.
- Vendor Selection: Once we identify vendors, we move to the selection phase. Here we can help with contract negotiations, planning, scheduling and change management. We can provide project management services and other technical services as needed.
